Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
What happens if I exceed my Free plan limits?
Your Free plan is capped at 3 active trade posts and 3 active rental posts, and does not include connect credits. To post more or connect with others, you can upgrade to the Pro or Business plan.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact support for a full refund.
How does verification work with subscription plans?
Verification eligibility is now included directly in our subscription plans. The Free plan allows verifying up to L0 (Basic). Upgrading to Pro unlocks eligibility up to L1 (Professional), Business unlocks L2 (Business), and Business Plus unlocks L3 (Premium). Please note that upgrading unlocks eligibility to verify; you still need to complete the verification checks in the Verification Center.
